This is a legitimate question. In Istanbul, operating theatres in hospitals may sometimes be rented by commercial hair transplantation centres that do not have their own permanent medical facilities. The legal distinction is important: a Class A hospital certified by the Ministry of Health is subject to ongoing supervision, and procedures are performed by licensed medical professionals rather than uncertified technicians.

The Protocol in Practice
At Estethica, graft extraction and channel opening are performed directly by the surgeon. Two licensed nurses carry out implantation under direct surgical supervision.
The Turkish Ministry of Health may conduct unannounced inspections of operating theatres, and compliance is mandatory.
During the procedure, every patient receives PRP, ozone therapy, infrared therapy on the third day, professional washing, aftercare training, a certificate, and an Estethica Med aftercare kit containing Bethantax treatment shampoo produced in Italy.
